Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
